I also installed the Upscaled Textures mod for Oblivion, SI, Knights of the Nine and those small DLCs. I did a clean installation of Oblivion and then installed a few mods from the Stability, OBSE Plugins, Fix and Patches section from Bevilex modlist for Oblivion - Graphics.
